Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—partner with branch team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
