Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and leverage digital banking solutions to help clients reach their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and provide attentive service in a branch setting.

You will educate clients on everyday banking, assist with transactions, and collaborate with team to achieve branch objectives while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Competenze

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to assist clients.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
