Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to deliver a hospitality‑driven security presence at our dispensary. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in with warmth, and contribute to a safe, compliant environment that enhances the guest experience.

The role blends customer service with safety leadership, requiring mobility, situational awareness, and the ability to de‑escalate. Prior security or cannabis‑industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus with guest‑first service.
• Must meet scheduling requirements including mornings, days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism and efficiency.
• Deter incidents and maintain calm, safe environments on the sales floor.
• Escort customers and guests, monitor site perimeters, and assist with safety and compliance.
• Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly and support emergency procedures.
