Green Thumb Industries is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist at our RISE Dispensaries. You’ll be the welcoming face, blending hospitality with safety leadership to deliver a concierge-style guest experience while protecting people and property.

The role emphasizes active engagement with guests, collaboration with store teams, compliance with cannabis laws, and readiness for varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus with guest-first service.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21+ and compliant with cannabis employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency during check-in, upholding compliance.
• Provide safety, security, and guest flow support; deter incidents and respond to issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and leadership; assist training of new APS staff.
• Perform duties as assigned to maintain a safe, compliant, and guest-friendly environment.
