Job summary

Green Thumb Industries, in partnership with RISE Dispensaries, is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You will be the welcoming face, manage check-in, and uphold compliance while supporting guests and team members.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer-facing experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a background in security or law enforcement. Availability across varied shifts is required, and all applicants must meet cannabis industry

Qualifications

At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.

Responsibilities

Welcoming & Check-In Experience: greet visitors with warmth, manage check-in, set the RISE Vibe, provide basic concierge support.
Safety, Security & Support: deter incidents, monitor store entry/exit and perimeters, de-escalate situations, escort guests as needed, report incidents, support emergency procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: build relationships with store teams, share insights, train new APS team members.
