Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with hospitality-focused service.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be 21+ and meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and manage check-in efficiently.
• Uphold compliance standards and provide concierge-level support.
• Set the RISE Vibe as guests enter the store.
• Assist visitors with questions and direct traffic.
• Deter incidents and maintain a calm, orderly environment.
• Monitor entry, exits and perimeters for safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and stay mobile throughout the shift.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly.
• Support emergency procedures and site preparedness.
• Conduct visual inspections per SOPs.
