Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
• Must meet scheduling requirements including varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming & Check-In: greet guests warmly, manage check-in professionally and efficiently, and set the RISE vibe.
