Textron Aviation in Orlando is offering a 2027 Internship - Customer Support (Engagement). You will support the service center to deliver a superior customer experience, assisting with hotel, transportation, meal reservations, and other requests while onsite.

The role involves coordinating visits, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth operations for diverse customer needs. The Customer Engagement Intern engages in face‑to‑face, telephonic and written exchanges, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with multiline telephone.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor and ability to accept instructions.
• Customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge, if applicable.
• Ability to work 1 weekend day with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer Business Center is clean, organized, and equipment is presentable.
• Provide excellent service to all customers and follow proper phone etiquette.
• Keep refreshment area clean and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide work‑spaces and internet access information as requested.
• Assist with reservations for transportation, lodging, meals, etc., with discounts.
• Offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Assist customers with courtesy car per SOP.
• Ensure visitors sign in and wear visitor badges.
• Flight tracking duties and updating visitor logs in View360.
• Support process improvement projects as needed.
