Job summary

Textron Aviation in Independence, Kansas, offers a 2027 Internship in Customer Accounts to support the CAM team during visits and logistics for aircraft deliveries. You will assist with meetings, catering, travel, and tracking milestones, while learning SAP and related tools.

You will work closely with CAMs and cross‑functional teams, gaining exposure to order reconciliation, customer interaction, and logistics in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, team-centric environment.
• Ability to influence and lead concurrent processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project).
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer name badges, signs and run Restricted Party Screenings.
• Assist CAMs, customers, staff, sales and Senior Management for meetings (catering, requests) for aircraft deliveries and visits.
• Assist in transporting customers between locations.
• Provide regular updates on aircraft progress to CAMs.
• Reconcile aircraft orders in SAP and verify milestone dates.
• Support CAMs with day-to-day activities (photos, gifts, mailouts, registrations).
• Represent Textron Aviation for sessions, deliveries, tours, and customer transport.
• Liaise between departments to obtain customer support materials.
• Communicate professionally to diverse audiences, internal and external.
• Manage special projects (new aircraft rollout, SOPs, etc.).
