Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with multiline telephone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer Business Center is clean, organized, and equipment is presentable in customer accessible areas.
• Provide excellent service to all customers and follow proper phone procedures and etiquette.
• Greet and assist customers; provide work-spaces and internet access details as requested.
• Assist with coordinating hotel, transportation, meals, and reservations; negotiate corporate rates.
• Provide information on local attractions and events; assist with courtesy car usage per SOP.
• Update visitor logs in the customer preference database (View360) with input from CS managers.
• Support process improvement projects as needed.
