Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Telephone Operator to create a welcoming first impression by answering calls promptly, directing guests to the right staff, and executing wake-up calls with a courteous demeanor.

You will handle guest laundry dispatch, log requests in our computer system, and uphold the resort's standards and policies. This on-site role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and reliability across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Must pass a background check.
• 24-hour department shifts; full availability requested.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Take and execute wake-up calls.
• Receive guest laundry and dispatch for delivery.
• Resolve guest challenges.
• Enter guest and employee requests into the computer system.
• Uphold resort core values, policies and procedures.
• All other duties, as assigned.
