Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality management education or at least one year of front desk experience preferred; four star / four diamond hotel preferred.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guests' concerns and comply with their needs.
• Deliver the utmost level of customer service to guests and visitors.
• Maintain control and organization within the Front Office.
• Communicate with other hotel departments regarding guests' needs and preferences.
• Create Front Desk reports and complete checklists.
• Greet guests and check them in and out according to standards.
• Know resort rooms, services, facilities, hours of operation.
• Respond to security and emergency situations per safety protocols.
