Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue through new business opportunities, meetings, events, and leisure travel in Colorado. You will build strong client relationships, prospect new accounts, and promote Monarch as the preferred destination for group and leisure travel.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years’ experience in community sales or hotel sales preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within Colorado and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

Aggressively identify and maintain relationships within the business community.
Solicit local businesses to use the resort for events, meetings, and group bookings.
Develop and execute an annual business plan to exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with departments to drive revenue during off-peak periods.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
Represent Monarch professionally in all client interactions.
