Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of education and gaming experience.
• Thorough understanding of Colorado gaming regulations and Title 31 compliance.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Table Games operations and personnel per policies and controls.
• Supervise management to ensure efficiency, staffing, and game integrity.
• Develop short- and long-term departmental strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze gaming trends and performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Monitor daily gains/losses and provide financial analysis for decisions.
• Maintain high guest service standards and create a welcoming experience.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal rules and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to share best practices.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational info to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
