Hyatt Regency St. Louis is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all dining outlets, including Starbucks, bar service, and restaurant venues. The role aims to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high service standards.

You will lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in hospitality, strong guest service passion, and solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, with shift coverage from

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or bar.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit standards.
Moderate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Hotel experience is a plus.
Bar experience is a plus.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
