Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all hotel dining outlets, including Starbucks, bar service, and restaurant venues. The role ensures guest satisfaction, maintains service standards, and supports a team in delivering professional service.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with hospitality expertise and a passion for guest service, with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. Shift time is 12pm-12am.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or bar.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit standards.
• Moderate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Bar experience is a plus.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.

Summary
