Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in St. Louis, MO to oversee daily operations across all hotel dining outlets, including Starbucks, bar service, and restaurant venues.

You will ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards while supporting the team in delivering efficient, professional service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality expertise, a passion for guest service, and solid knowledge of food & beverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or bar.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit standards.
• Moderate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Bar experience is a plus.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
