Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Beverage Bartender at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. You will create quality beverages, greet guests warmly, and provide an engaging bar experience in a hospitality-focused environment.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and offers wages starting at $8.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits and opportunities to grow across Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with beverage preparation and garnishes.
• Basic math skills to operate a register and balance cash.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, for guest interactions and documentation.
• Ability to safely handle bar tools, glassware, and stock.
• Ability to promote and recall menu items and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar each day, ensuring beverages, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.
• Prepare and present beverages for bar guests and restaurant servers according to recipes and guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide an engaging bar experience.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately and create checks for guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge area during the shift.
• Assist guests at the bar or lounge, responding promptly to requests.
