Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and alcohol service fundamentals.
• Basic math skills to operate a register, manage transactions, and balance a cash bank.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing for guest communication and documentation.
• Ability to handle bar tools, glassware, and stocked items safely.
• Ability to promote and recall menu items and operate a POS system.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and working in a busy bar space.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar daily with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare and present drinks for bar guests and restaurant servers following recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide an engaging bar experience.
• Input orders into POS, create checks, and balance house cash.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and lounge area.
• Assist guests at the bar or lounge and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle payments, make change, and balance your bank responsibly.
• Store beverages and equipment securely at shift end.
• Follow health/safety guidelines and liquor regulations.
• Support security/management with difficult guests and special requests.
