Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of food preparation, beverage service, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and support team members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, and priorities.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all outlets.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency with company standards.
• Support inventory management, including tracking supplies and forecasting needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment is in working order.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Maintain and reconcile the house bank and cash handling procedures.
• Support payroll tracking, shift reporting, and daily operational documentation.
• Promote a positive team environment and enforce policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage or senior leadership.
