Job summary

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field, strong attention to detail, and experience with Craftable and Dooap. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork with the Finance team, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information.
• Process invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs in Craftable.
• Submit payment batches and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
