Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Naples Grande Beach Resort accounting team. This role supports all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are coded, processed, and paid in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree in a related field and have experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous accounts payable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with Craftable and Dooap preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information.
• Verify and update vendor payment methods; coordinate with Corporate accounting to add vendors.
