Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for the Naples Grande Beach Resort, a 474-room property on Florida’s Paradise Coast. You will support the accounting team with AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and post accounts receivable transactions accurately.
  • Prepare invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for guests, groups, corporate accounts, travel agencies, wholesalers, and other partners.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Catering and other hotel departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Assist with month-end close and AR aging reports.

What you will have an opportunity to do

We are looking for a positive, highly organized, and detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the accounting team at The Naples Grande Beach Resort. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the accounts' receivable process and ensuring that receivable transactions, billing, collections, and account reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner. We are seeking a dependable team member who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for guests, groups, corporate accounts, travel agencies, wholesalers, and other business partners.
  • Post payments, adjustments, credits, and other receivable transactions to the appropriate accounts.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and conduct regular follow‑up on past‑due accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review guest folios, group master accounts, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete billing.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Catering, and other hotel departments to research and resolve billing issues.
  • Communicate with customers, clients, and business partners regarding account balances, invoices, payments, and other receivable inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, correspondence, account activity, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with month‑end closing activities, including account reconciliations and accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
  • Assist the Director of Finance and accounting team with financial reports, reconciliations, and other accounting projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Follow all company and/or brand policies & procedures, including dress and other company non‑uniformed staff standards.
  • Successfully complete all training required by hotel / management company / brand on timelines required.
What are we looking for?
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Resort or hotel accounting experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with hotel PMS, accounting, or financial systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and follow through to resolution.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
