CFS seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to join our high-volume hospitality accounting team supporting multiple hotel properties in Chicago. You will review and audit 300-400+ invoices daily, verify vendor information and ensure accuracy across our AI-assisted workflow.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, comfort with tight deadlines, and collaboration with property finance teams to close the month.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and review.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and AP workflows.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit 300-400+ invoices daily across multiple properties.
• Verify vendor information, invoice coding, property allocations, and payment details.
• Ensure invoice data processed through an AI-based platform is accurate and complete.
• Assist with ACH, credit card, and check payment processing.
• Support month-end close activities and invoice workflow management.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting strict processing deadlines.
