Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable to support centralized AP functions. You will manage invoice processing, vendor setup, and payment status inquiries within a ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and timely resolutions.

The role requires collaboration with communities and internal departments, adherence to company policies, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries. A Bachelor’s degree and AP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with RealPage, Ramp, and/or AvidPay is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the centralized ticketing system for AP inquiries and process invoices.
• Research discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
• Review and enter invoices into RealPage and ensure proper GL coding.
