Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an experienced leader to manage multiple hospitalist groups, including adult, pediatric, and critical care services. You will advocate for resources, provide administrative leadership, and serve as a link between physicians and staff across departments.

Onsite presence is required, with travel to Hastings and River Falls campuses. The role emphasizes recruiting and mentoring physicians and staff, aligning operations with strategic goals, and ensuring high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, health administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working with physicians.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit, onboard, develop, and retain physicians, APPs and staff to meet business goals.
• Provide leadership for staff, promote team collaboration and education.
• Solve problems of moderate complexity and escalate high complexity issues when needed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient patient care and operational performance.
• Oversee budgeting within department and monitor revenue, expenses and productivity.

Education
