Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This leadership role oversees daily clinic operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient performance in primary care settings.

The position requires managing staff and providers, strategic planning, and collaboration with clinicians, with a 1.0 FTE schedule (80 hours per two-week pay period) on a day/evening shift and on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading clinics or large teams in a health-system setting is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff and providers, manage performance and development.
• Collaborate with clinician leaders to improve patient care and clinic operations.
• Develop and oversee strategic initiatives and program planning for the clinic.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient operating expenses.
