The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and experience with LEAN tools; you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with policies, and support staff and physicians to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and five years of progressive medical related experience.
• Strong leadership ability and sound judgment in a clinical setting.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
