Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Manager for Hospitalist Programs to lead multiple hospitalist groups and services. You will supervise, recruit, onboard and develop physicians and APP staff, promoting collaborative teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires onsite leadership across campuses with occasional travel, a strong business and healthcare administration background, and a focus on operational excellence in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, health administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working with physicians.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain physicians and staff.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for staff.
• Promote collaborative teams and coaching for quality patient care.
• Manage budgets and financials for departments.
• Travel to support Hospitalists at Hastings Campus and River Falls Hospital.
