Join our growing healthcareteam providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursingfacilities in Kenosha, Wisconsin.This full-time position offers aflexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunityto work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliverhigh-quality, evidence-based care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time and Part-time with flexiblescheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts;rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight shifts
• Average 15–20 patient visitsper day
• Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatmentplans
• Collaborate with nursingstaff and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance withclinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted U.S.Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
