Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Fremont, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification recognized for NP/PA practice.
• Geriatrics, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an EHR with AI Scribe on a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
