Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities around Fort Worth, TX. Roles require conducting daily rounds, managing acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing medications within a collaborative team.

You'll document via an AI Scribe-enabled EHR using voice dictation on a company-provided iPad with LTE, with real-time clinical guidance available through UpToDate.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications.
• Document using AI Scribe-enabled EHR with voice dictation; iPad with LTE.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
