Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Dowagiac, Michigan. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Geriatrics or post-acute care experience preferred

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.
