Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities around Lima, Ohio. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications and plans.
• Document efficiently using an AI Scribe-enabled EHR and voice dictation.
• Collaborate in a team-based environment and participate in care planning.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
