Job summary

BHS Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Visitor Management Representative (PRN) to greet patients, visitors, vendors and guests with professionalism while supporting hospital security. The role serves as first point of contact, verifies visitor identity, enforces visitation policies, and assists with wayfinding.

You will monitor security cameras, coordinate with Security and Nursing, and report suspicious activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One-Year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, vendors and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Verify visitor identity and enforce hospital visitation policies.
• Assist with wayfinding and provide general hospital information.
• Monitor security, report suspicious activity, and coordinate with Security or leadership as needed.
