Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY, seeks a Visitor Management Representative (Part-Time, Days) to join the PBX/Switchboard Department. You will professionally greet patients, visitors, vendors and guests, verify identities, enforce access policies, and work with Security to ensure safe entry to secured areas.

You will also assist with wayfinding, answer routine questions, and report any concerns to the appropriate departments while maintaining a calm, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients, visitors, vendors, contractors and guests in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner.
• Verify visitor identity and screen access to secured areas in accordance with policies.
• Answer questions, provide directions and assist with wayfinding throughout the hospital.
• Enforce visitation policies and report suspicious activity to Security immediately.
• Coordinate with Security and Nursing units on visitation requests and access procedures.
