Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff, patient, physician and department activities.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties to support unit operations.
• Process orders, admissions, discharges and transfers; update bed tracking.
• Print and review unit reports; file charts and complete daily audits.
• Order supplies and collaborate with Operations to maintain par levels.
• Maintain a culture of safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
