Phaxis seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee hospital staff hiring, recruitment operations, and strategic hiring initiatives within a hospital setting. This role emphasizes collaboration with hospital leadership and HR to meet staffing goals.

The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, nonclinical, administrative, and leadership roles, with initial supervision of one direct report and a path for team growth.

Qualifications

• Hospital or healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing leadership.
• Strong understanding of hospital hiring processes and clinical and nonclinical recruitment.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and implementing recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and high-volume requisitions.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives for assigned hospital departments and projects.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet hospital staffing needs.
• Oversee job requisitions, postings, sourcing, interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Partner with hospital leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to identify staffing priorities.
• Manage recruitment pipelines for clinical, nonclinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
• Track hiring progress, recruitment timelines, staffing risks, and potential delays.
• Develop and improve recruitment workflows, processes, and implementation strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, hiring outcomes, and overall performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment staff.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
