Job summary

Mlk-Community-Healthcare-1 is seeking a hospital recruiter to lead full cycle RN and related clinical/non-clinical recruitment at the Directors level. You will create, develop and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies and drive employee retention, while championing the hospital’s mission, vision and values.

The role requires managing up to 75 requisitions concurrently and handling 200–300 hires annually, with responsibility for all phases of the recruiting process and collaboration with

• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Proven track record in healthcare recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle RN and related clinical/non-clinical sourcing and recruitment.
• Develop and execute cost effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment events and manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment scorecards and metrics.
• Assist with recruitment budget and ROI reporting.
