Job summary

Responsibilities include operating paging systems, relaying codes and drills, and assisting with mail and messages as needed. A high school diploma is required; hospital or call center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides information per policies.
• Troubleshoots basic system issues as needed.
• Uses desk directories, on-call lists and reference guides.
• Operates beeper and paging system to contact hospital personnel and code teams.
• Communicates codes, alerts and announcements per policies, including disaster plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
