Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the medical center switchboard and responds to calls, paging inquiries, codes and overhead paging requests.
• Performs general clerical duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
• Assists with telecommunication devices (phones, cell phones, pagers) swaps and activations.
• Maintains telephone directory, paging vendor program, and emergency notification system.
