Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Technician to support hospital operations by receiving, stocking, and distributing medical supplies, ensuring departments have the resources to deliver patient care.

On-site position, with responsibilities including cycle counts, inventory tracking, processing shipments, and delivering supplies to departments while providing excellent service to staff and vendors in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, healthcare materials preferred.
• Basic computer skills to learn inventory and purchasing systems.
• Ability to lift and perform physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels with routine cycle counts and record updates.
• Stock and replenish medical, surgical, and office supplies across departments.
• Receive, inspect, and process shipments; report damages or shortages.
• Use inventory systems to track supplies, monitor usage, and maintain par levels.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to departments and facilities in a timely manner.
• Provide professional customer service to staff and vendors; assist dock and window operations.
• Complete clerical tasks including processing requisitions and maintaining records.
