ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain, operate and repair central plant equipment in our healthcare facilities. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities to ensure reliable building operations.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Properly answers the phone and resolves requests by using the name and department.
• Monitors and operates power plant equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Operates, monitors and troubleshoots engineering equipment and systems following manufacturers' guidance.
• Maintains Energy Management System by adjusting heating/cooling schedules.
• Performs building rounds and reports problems with round sheet data.
