Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain, operate, monitor, and repair utilities and central plant equipment for hospital facilities. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and timely response to requests, with documentation of all activities.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, familiarity with water treatment, HVAC controls, and Energy Management Systems, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
OSHA Basic, NFPA70E certification.
Basic math skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry competitors.
Ability to multitask and work outside of the scope when necessary.

Responsibilities

Maintain, operate, monitor, and repair central plant equipment for hospital facilities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with proper work orders.
Monitor Energy Management System and adjust HVAC schedules.
Conduct building rounds and report problems to supervisor.
Respond to maintenance requests and document activities.
