ENFRA LLC is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain and operate hospital central plant equipment, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure quality building operations. The role involves monitoring EMS, water treatment, and HVAC systems to sustain optimal comfort and safety in healthcare environments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of water treatment, and experience with HVAC controls and EMS.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to maintenance requests for hospital facilities and assist to maintain central plant.
• Monitor and operate power plant equipment for efficiency and reliability.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot engineering equipment and EMS according to manufacturers' specs.
• Maintain central plant, perform preventive maintenance and schedule corrective work.
• Conduct building rounds and document issues with round sheets and reports.
