Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Metairie, LA is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain and repair central plant equipment serving hospital and clinic facilities. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and document all activities.

The role requires knowledge of water treatment, HVAC controls, EMS operation, and adherence to safety standards. You will participate in rounds, monitor systems, and ensure reliable building temperatures and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

HVAC heating and cooling experience.
Water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
Proficiency with HVAC controls and EMS.
OSHA 70E familiarity or certification.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answers phone calls, resolves requests, and uses proper work orders for preventive maintenance.
Monitors and operates power plant equipment to maximize efficiency.
Troubleshoots engineering systems following manufacturer parameters.
Operates and maintains Energy Management System with scheduling.
Performs building rounds and inspections, reporting issues to supervisor.
