Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Stationary Engineer to maintain, operate, monitor, and repair central plant equipment across hospital facilities. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and document all activities.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent; experience with water treatment for heating/cooling, HVAC controls and Energy Management Systems; OSHA NFPA70E; strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking; 0-5% travel; ability to lift 20-100

• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E certification.
• Strong math, communication, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone professionally and resolve requests using the department name.
• Monitor and operate power plant equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot engineering equipment following manufacturers' maintenance parameters.
• Operate and maintain Energy Management System and adjust heating/cooling schedules.
• Perform building rounds and report problems with round sheet data.
