Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain, operate, monitor, and repair all utilities and central plant equipment across hospital and clinic facilities. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the central plant remains clean and well-documented.

The role requires high school diploma, experience with water treatment and HVAC/energy management systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance requests for hospital and related facilities.
• Maintains and operates central plant equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Performs preventive maintenance and documents activities.
• Monitors Energy Management System and adjusts schedules.
• Conducts building rounds and reports problems to supervisor.
