Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain and operate central plant equipment for hospital and supporting facilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, monitoring energy systems, and troubleshooting building systems to ensure reliability.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with water treatment and HVAC controls; OSHA/NFPA70E knowledge is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience with water treatment for heating/cooling systems to protect pipes.
• Experience using HVAC/temperature controls and energy management systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E certifications or knowledge.
• Strong math, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and route requests via proper work orders.
• Operate and monitor power plant equipment for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot engineering systems following manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage Energy Management System schedules based on building loads.
• Conduct rounds and document data; report issues to supervisor.
