• Creates and implements schedules to provide qualified staff for designated inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Schedules posted to meet staffing patterns and skill mix.
• Timecards updated daily; hours verified and totals.
• Assist with arranging nursing coverage and secure replacements as directed.
• Conduct staffing huddles and review daily staffing; state data collection and reporting.
